The men's restroom in my school's library has one of those automatic paper towel dispensers for after you wash your hands. It's been out of order for well over a month, and there's no "manual" way to get the towels out. This is a WTF for me, since the rest of the room is obviously well-maintained. Just this one towel dispenser O_o

Another WTF from writing this post: My browser thinks that "men's" is not a word, though "women's" is. Not sure if sexist or what...

The person was probably weirded out because it was a design of quarter they weren't familiar with. The US mint made a crazy amount of quarter designs that are in circulation, I've sort of got a bit of a collection going on right now (US quarters make for great flipping coins by being very lightweight and wide).
