Well atleast it is out of there.

@MSH: Would you believe two of my friends had the exact same thing happen in college? They were one room down from me, and when we came back from Christmas vacation, there was this godawful stench in the hall. Turned out, one of them had some meat in their mini-fridge, and the RD was trying to push everybody out the door the last day before break started, so she could pack up and go home. He said he needed to go back and toss out the meat, and the RD promised she'd do it.

She didn't do it.

There was black mold that had grown OUT the door of the mini-fridge (through the gasket) and spread along the ouside of the thing, almost down to the carpet. It was horrific.




Same friends also found a can one day under the bed while cleaning.

"Hey, what's that?"
"Dunno, looks like a craft project or something...big tin can with a sheet of green felt draped over the top."
"Hmm....let's see what's insi---OH GOD THAT'S NOT FELT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

Turned out to be a can of baked beans. An OPEN can of baked beans. That had grown such a thick and luxurious coat of green furry mold that it competely sealed the can. Once that layer was broken, it was like a chemical weapon had gone off. Truly Sealed Evil in a Can.

King of the Hill used to be a pretty good show. Until, that is, the local FOX affiliate decided that it and Everybody Loves Raymond were the most popular shows EVER, and showed three or four episodes of each every weekday afternoon. I now hate both shows (though Raymond was a much shorter jump._
