I would prefer a globalized base ten time system.
When it is 9:00, it is 9:00 everywhere on earth. Sure it means midnight would be as some strange hour for most time zones, but I think people would adapt easily.

Yes fucking please. This would make coordinating international stuff internationally so much easier. It's hard to remember GMT conversions for everyone.

You also run into the problem that the second is in incredibly important unit of measure. Changing its duration means changing most of the physics mathematical constants and many units of measure as well.

And if you don't change it, your 100 second minutes and 100 minute hours will result in a day that is 8.64 decimal hours long

I've also thought for most of my adult life that this would be the easiest thing.  Not the base 10 thing, but the elimination of time zones.

It is literally the case that a major part of the logic was to make afternoon golfing easier for the golfing class.
