There's a few steps to do if you think you can be harmed/abused by yourself :

1. Break your SIM card. That way, you will not be able to harass yourself by phone.

2. Don't take the same way to work as usual. You may know it, and you may be in contact with yourself.

3. If you work with yourself, you should ask to change of work group, or to be assigned where you won't need to be in contact with yourself.

4. If you fear for yourself, you can file a restraining order, and that way, you won't be able to get too close to yourself. On the other hand, if you file a restraining order on yourself, you must not get too close to yourself.

6. For more than double personalities, see with the judge or the judge or the psychologist or the psychologist. Else, standard procedure is applied.

The problem is less the endless trolling and threats and more who the trolling and threats are coming from. If some asshole steals your lunch money every day and then creates fake accounts to harass you at home...well, that can start feeling really bad really fast.

That is sort of not what Cyberbullying refers to though. It is quite litterally someone on facebook insulting you everyday and saying mean things or creating a hate site.

It is Cyberbullying but that is more like what one crazy person would do who needs help and not what the "Regular shmo at school would do because they are bored that day"
