no? it's not very hard to use, it gives you a list of all the stuff in your registry, and when you click on it and click "info on selected items"
I don't remember what kind of entry your issue is, but I've had that issue before and fixed it with HijackThis,
just click "info on selected item" for every item, and if it's something that sounds fishy, click the checkbox, and click "Fix this item"

even if you click on the wrong box you can always reinstall things that you need.
