Soliciting is 100% ILLEGAL in Canberra and LEGAL in Sydney. You have it backwards !!!

Sex workers may work privately but must work alone. Soliciting remains illegal (Section 19).

Clearly, in Canberra it's a felony to solicit anywhere, whereas it's legal to solicit in NSW within a brothel or away from residential / school/church or hospital areas.

- also, Queensland has legal brothels and no law against soliciting (unlike Canberra which only has legal brothels). I don't believe there's any law against soliciting in Victoria either, and they have plenty of legal brothels.

Most forms of meditation actually encourage some sort of focus, rather than absolute thoughtlessness. Focusing on an emotion, body part, sensation, thought, object, imagined object, or sound (Which is why you hear some monks humming while meditating). Some, including myself, even encourage thinking, or at least passively observing the thoughts that pass through our minds.

So, yeah. He's full of it.
