I never tried it, but I heard a lot about the distinction between "front milk" and the rest of it from doctors and whatnot. "Front milk" contains a lot more glucose (hence, it's really sweet,) and is super-packed with nutrients, just in case the baby can't digest the rest of it.

A resident who has been living here for less than a month has been increasingly antagonistic to everyone who lives here as well as to the housing manager and the landlord, and blames the fact that no one likes him on his being of African and Puerto Rican descent.
