Yes. Yes, it is. (I'm assuming you meant 1.75L, not mL...otherwise you're a ridiculous lightweight  :P)
And actually, it's over 10mL per pound of body weight.
750mL of Jack Daniels nearly killed me when I weighed about 115lbs. (6.52 mL per lb)

Honestly, if you are shady enough to donate sperm through Craigslist, you deserve to be hit with a child support payment.

Pity you don't get hit with anything if you're gullible enough to take the sperm, though...
