Why doesn't the U.N. have a supranational space agency?

UNSA would mean that they actually DO SOMETHING USEFUL.

Plus, space exploration should be a Earth-level undertaking, not a national-level.

Just installed an HP printer, and the process actually wasn't painful.
WTF, HP? I've gotten so used to your installation software being a jaunt through the 9th Circle of Hell that I view it as a universal constant. And now you come out with an installer that is not only problem-free, but allows me a variety of useful options??

I don't even know you anymore. (Although it did still try to sneak a bunch of crapware and toolbars in when I wasn't looking.)

Things like this worry me. If I ever believed there was a 'ghost' in the elevator with me, I'd probably try some sort of violence against it (I'M NOT GOING DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT DAMMIT!), which in this case would have resulted in the injury of a little girl, probably an enquiry, etc.

It's kind of why I wouldn't run this sort of prank with someone that young.

Check your data before making claims. Both the ESA and China's spaceprogram, as well as the Indian one are growing. Roscom and nasa are the only ones in decline.

Besides, the ESA is already doing something like this. A few non Europa states are participation(Like Canada, for example).

It's kind of why I wouldn't run this sort of prank with someone that young.

I just made that up, but you are right though, someone might have punched that kid right in the uterus.
