• Flirting can be fined $25 Dollars. A second offense requires the offending male be forced to where horse-blinders whenever he goes in public. Probably pretty old.
  
• Throwing a ball at someone's head for fun is illegal. So if it's for profit it's okay?
  
• The Penalty for jumping off a bulding is death. How Proactive. I've seen this multiple places too, so it is certainly true.
  
• New Yorkers cannot dissolve a marriage for irreconcilable differences, unless they both agree to it. There is a state Legislator somewhere giggling his little heart out.
