New guy we hired lasted 4 days, before someone in the building recognized him and we did a background check....

On his 3rd conviction for dealing cocaine, and is a registered sex offender. He met an undercover cop online, who was posing as a 14 year old girl, and went out to meet her at an apartment. He's in his 30s. Needless to say, he was gone before lunch.

What has me WTFing though is how someone can get convicted 3 times for intent to distribute a Class A Controlled Substance....and not be doing 5 to 15 in the State Pen and is instead just newly graduated from college. I guess he could have rolled or become a confidential informant. Which just kind of adds to the list the guy has going.

Anyways....background checks. They're worth it. We didn't even have to pay for this one, Google and his name told us everything we didn't want to know.
