Yeah. I've got a broken hand that I've lived with for 1+ years because I can't afford to get it fixed.

When this happens, you're supposed to go to the emergency room, leave your wallet and anything that could identify you behind, and give them a fake name, if they try to get you to do insurance paperwork beforehand complain that it hurts too much for you to be able to think about anything and you'll do it afterwards, then after they treat you, just leave.

Actually, now they have Insurance agents embedded in the hospital itself who press you not to recieve treatment if you can't afford it. Its getting pretty common.

Anyway, appearantly, at my birth, a family friend decided to look at the stars and see what he found. He said I would grow up to be a General. Interesing. On the other hand, the guy decided at around the same time to change his name to Joe Friendly. Legally. Totally serious. And when He called, he'd say "Joe Friendly's Wakeup Service"

I was going to say something until I found your transparence. But yeah. Have you ever broken a hand? The first time I broke a bone, I almost passed out when I realized it was broken. I'd rather not do that again without doctor supervision and also lots and lots of painkilling chemicals.

No. I broke my forearm though, which I assume is somewhat similar. Of course, thats a simpler part of the skelatal system. There are like 20 bones in the hand. Again, a reason to have it checked out.
