Today something reminded me about a memo I'd written on my phone as I went to bed a few nights ago. I couldn't remember quite what it was, I assumed it was a dream or something.
Anyway, I just checked it out and, wow, typing on a Swype keyboard whilst about 70% asleep leads to some unintelligible rambling. :o At first I thought it was some kind of dream, then I was just plain confused, and then eventually I figured out that it was something I'd thought of to post in reply to a discussion we were having about farming for meat, and I wanted to remember it for when I woke up.
Huh. Well, that didn't work.

My town is much more dwarven then i tought.
It's name is "Aarschot", wich, according to the LEGEND, is derived from "Arendschot", translated into english it is "Eagleshot".
Furthermore, the first mention of it was sometime around 1125, close to long world gen length.
Stuff happened.
In 15-something, it was totally destroyed and adbandoned, it was until 1775 that people spoke of it again.

@yoink, swype is awesome. Everytime i try to type "the" it says "gert".
