I don't know strawberries, but since Red is basically a word that means "like blood", and traditionally the go to color for red is, in fact, blood, that bit isn't surprising.

Also, if the icepack breaks up, then the cracks between the pieces are going to freeze over once autumn comes- which means that although the melt is more spectacular, everything will re-form more quickly.

This. Had one friend who was a definite ADD, though, and meth calmed him down instead of hyping him up. I'm not sure you're receiving the right medication if you're getting a rush from that... But I'm not a psychiatrist.
