Crossposting this from the Terrified Thread because it was also kinda WTF for me.

I was watching Mythbusters and mucking around with my laptop last night. Next thing I know, it's morning and I'm pantsless. And my laptop is no longer on my bed. Instead, it's put away neatly in its case. And my pants are on the floor. I was wearing a belt last night, and the belt was undone on said pants this morning. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED LAST NIGHT?

http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/sideshow/georgia-indoor-gun-range-given-liquor-license-opening-192214797.html

what could possibly go wrong?

What a fucking terrible idea.

Quote from: The very article linked

So is Hart right to worry about patrons ordering a double, then firing off their double-barrel shotgun? Not so fast.
There's a bit of relief for those opposed to the idea and a potential letdown for anyone planning to put a new spin on the shot glass.
Brown sent WSB-TV a statement clarifying that once someone has ordered a drink in the lounge, they will not be permitted to enter the firing range:
"Customers will have to order a drink with their identification card and once the card is accepted, and flagged, they cannot be checked back into the range that day," the statement reads.

Because it's completely impossible to give your buddy a drink you bought.

And clearly the proprietors never even thought of that devious plan.

If people want you out of a firing range, they probably have some leverage to get you out.

Exactly. If they can't think of that, they shouldn't be running a firing range in the first place.

Some pubs in England have firing ranges in them, and we're not hearing reports of patrons having their heads blown off every five minutes.

My roommate is desperately and angrily trying to find a racial slur that will fit as his Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 clan tag and not automatically be blocked by the system.

I think that sums up all of your roommate problems in a single sentence. Just tell anyone this and they will completely understand.

Haha what that is pretty much the stupidest idea ever. Why does he even want a racial slur as a clan tag?

And Ireland is not England. I was promised English gun-pubs, and I haven't seen any.

Cracker or CRKR for short, it shouldn't be blocked. I am sure he could 1337speak something as well.
