This is far more confusing than it has a right to be.

It short-circuited your brain as well? I had to have spent at least a good minute spouting gibberish after looking at it.

So the recommended amount of physical activity is 400 minutes per week. Due to now living in the mountains and walking everywhere in addition to my normal exercise, I am now doing 910 minutes per week. Christ, I need to be careful, at this rate I might overshoot and end up underweight.
Wouldn't the muscle buildup render you overweight again but in the other direction? IIRC muscle is heavier than fat so exercise actually doesn't hit your weight so much as your bodyfat index.
Running and walking (which is the main type of exercise that he talks about) tends to promote lean, thin muscles rather then the kinds that weight lifting produces. As such you probably won't gain too much actual muscles weight if your main methods of exercise are running and walking.

Now weight lifting is a completely different story, and can result in skewed weight results. It's the reason why most scales and weight measurements say "not accurate on people with extreme musculature" or something similar.

Aye, I run for ~1000 minutes a week and I'm not exactly a beefcake. I have to eat a lot more to sustain that, but I neither gain nor lose much weight. It mainly adds efficiency, not power.

Speaking of running: I've put on some weight recently (I used to weigh ~115 lbs, now it's something like 130.), and it's rather unnerving to actually feel parts of me jiggle a bit when I run. The first time it happened my first response was 'What the fuck is going on?'

Man, you're tiny. I'd be dead if I weighed 115 pounds.

... muscles is a unit of measurement now? How does pounds translate to it, anyway? Maybe you meant mussels? 210lbs of mussels?

Hmmm. Let me think. I'm about 100 lbs of bone, and about 45 pounds of various fleshy substances. I have the musculature of an underdeveloped female toddler.
