Because the list of reasons is getting so freaking big it's rather hard to ignore now, and one day, it's just going to get it's turn on the to do list.

Korean websites are SO obsessed with ActiveX, the web designers must have a fetish for it -_- Each bank has like 3~5 ActiveX programs, and every bank uses different programs, and the site refreshes and goes back to the title screen when you install each one. It's very annoying.
How do Western online banking sites handle stuff? Do they go ActiveX crazy too?

What is this ActiveX you speak of and why is it bloody everywhere in Korea. I haven't had to do a thing with that since I stopped using Internet Explorer for things that aren't school-based.

My bank, it works absolutely fine in Firefox. Only IE uses ActiveX for things.
