:/ Humans. Can't live with 'em, can't live without them.
This is a contestable assertion.
Were your parents human?
Hrmph. I suppose I have Christianity to thank for my obscurity. You probably would not have asked such a silly question if I were your precious Jesus.
Jesus was a hack.

Romans: Fancy parlor tricks are no match for the might of this empire. We are now the ultimate power in the universe.
Jesus: *Force chokes* I find your lack of faith disturbing.

Definitely. God did a quick patch to stop the Sin.666 worm that started wreaking havoc shortly after the initial release. It does not seem to have worked very well.

Derail? This is pretty normal from what I've seen on Bay 12.

We are in the  Bay of 12, in the thread of WTF. Derail that ain't, thats a topic swerve. We'll end up on a different set of curvy semi-rails within a few days.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

“Things that made you X today” threads occasionally experience distortions in topic, but these usually abate on their own due to the timeless nature and openness of these threads. Talking about such a distortion only creates a meta-distortion and prolongs the effect.

Derails are baffling by their nature, hence they're on topic here.

That, and pretty much every topic that leads to a derail ends up in WTF-worthy territory anyhow.

So... Derails are on topic here. So then they're not derails. As Aklyon said, they're just topic swerves. There are no derails in this topic. o.O
I dare you to derail the underailable. Also, I just invented the word 'underailable'.

Literature helps. I suggest: A la recherche du temps Perdus, written by Marcel Proust.
Extra usefull if you don't actually know french.

I, as a matter of fact, only know three sentences in French. "Another drink, please." "My duck is on fire!" and "How did I wind up in jail?"

I have never used the third one.
