Kuwait. This is why the doors are so air tight: temperature control. As for the escalators. I don't think they'll be used, what with the sharks they now lead to.

All of Earth's ice melting would result in a 200 meter sea level rise, so yes. Except all the sharks and sealife in general have died due to saltwater-freshwater contamination and pH shifts.
