You have to get the TLD (or gTLD, for global ones like .com, .net, .gov, .xxx) approved or something by ICANN, and then find a registrar that'll give you a .penguin. It'll probably be kept similar in price to a .com or what have you, but besides that its probably not very restricted in price.

So what exactly does that mean these companies are applying for? If they're just applying for their domain name, I don't see why people like Amazon and Google are in competition since they can have amazon.book and google.book separately.

Admittedly, it took him a while, but I didn't think he was going to actually accomplish anything, and I was perfectly comfortable. :/

Okay, so it's not REALLY teeth, but a hard ridged structure called a radula that they can use to "rasp" stuff. So it didn't bite me, it simply rasped a bunch of skin off. It says it can't do any real damage (supposedly), and it was a fingertip, so I assume the hole must have been all dead skin that wasn't too well attached - its apparently similar in power and feel to a cats tongue.
