Also metal.

Getting stoned and listening to dubstep?

That's a waste of a perfectly good plant.

I completely disagree. That's really the only time I like dubstep that much.

The person writing this book has failed in science! While cutting the brain up  : "...but there aren't any nerves in the brain ..."

What? The whole point of the brain forming from the ectoderm, I think it was, is because it's a heavy mass of nerves!

I suppose he means the brain doesn't have any sensory nerves...but still. It's like saying "there aren't any microchips in your CPU".

At least there's no claim that the League of Nations started WWII to bring the US into the fold, allowing a one-world government. Book today had that.

That particular book was None Dare Call It Conspiracy, by the author of the anticommunist tract None Dare Call It Treason. As for why I was reading it, I process over a thousand books daily. It's only natural that I stop and take a look at some of the ones that stick out.

Nerves are generalized to motor and sensory, and there is no microchips in a cpu it is the micochip ;D

Are we being technical? If so, the brain has no nerves (though several exit the brain), because a nerve is a bundle of neurons. If we're allowing common use, the brain is composed entirely of nerves. In either case, the author had the wrong reasoning, because it's the presence or absence of pain-sensitive neurons that would determine that.

“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

As I said in the other thread, the brain has about a dozen nerves. But maybe that's what you mean when you say "exit the brain". In my mind, if they're going through brain bits to hook up to other brain bits, they are probably "in the brain".

Ah, semantics!

I'm assuming we're talking about Nerull here. Truly, his gifts are bounteous, and do ensure the immediate death of any argument to which they are bestowed.

Facebook is filled with people posting pics of themselves, filled with moist nipples, hairy armpits and seductive looks.

I'm like: wtf guys? I thought girls were supposed to put weird pics of themselves on the net.
