Something weird has popped up in my school today:

Apparently some American institution called the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies is inviting our students to participate in summer courses in Washington D.C.
Smells pretty fishy, because technically they aren't supposed to post their ads in Belarus. Our country is viewed in the West as totalitarian and oppressive, so no one is expected to cooperate with us.

The Nitze School is a pretty prestigious program. They're the IR program at Johns Hopkins. I almost applied there back in 2006. They're on the up-and-up, probably looking to expand their student base (if you're going to teach how to negotiate with international pariahs, it helps to have some students from there, right?)
