Wasn't it something about the stratosphere coming crashing down to the surface, causing some sort of superchilling effect? Anyway, it just looks like it's going to get really cold really fast here, which means I will have to change tyres on my car this weekend :\

I saw a squirrel run over in the middle of the road.  Why is this wtf-worthy?  Because it was run over in the exact centre of a fairly major road.  I can't help but imagine some eighteen-wheeler swerving halfway into the oncoming lane just to run over a crossing squirrel.

I personally know 2 and know of at least 3 more people who swerve to hit if the animal is small.

I think most people would do so in Indiana... but maybe I'm biased.  I heard too many kids in high school brag to each other about torturing animals (mostly cats), and witnessed it a couple times.

Just why the hell do rednecks hate cats so much, anyway?
