CIA has something similar too. A bigger WTF to me is that ATF has a kids' page.

Let me reiterate that. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.....has a kids' page.  :o

Wow, fireworks all the way to eagles? That's a broad range of patriotic narm.
EDIT: Actually went in and looked, and they have a drawing of fireworks, and a drawing of the Great Seal (which has an eagle). That's it. Their usage of the word "everything", while technically correct, meets with my disapproval.  >:(

I like to think trolling, but I think somebody else just bought the domain and set it up to redirect. So there's still trolling, just not on the NSA's part.
