There's this thingy you can buy that you rest your feet on effectively converting your normal western toilet into a toilet you squat over, like they have in Japan.
Or you could, y'know, use cinderblocks and improvise, like me.

Sounds like they're scraping the bottom of the barrel no surprises there. That's the plot of DOS Doom-ripoff game "Redneck Rampage" BTW. Reminds me of a low budget italian king-fu sci-fi / western flick I saw once. Cannot for the life of me find the name of that movie, I swear I saw it late one night on TV once, or maybe video. Sucked anyway.

Better yet:  It has James Bond (Daniel Craig) and Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) playing cowboys...  Versus space aliens.

It looks absolutely horrible, but I'm hoping it'll at least be entertaining.
