Or Quantum Entanglement. Or just abusing physics in general to somehow legitimately produce the amount of energy to exceed the speed of light. That's right, I think that humanity will one day munchkin reality.

There's no proof.  As far as I can tell, it's a guy making a crazy claim with no demonstration or explanation for it (particularly, the idea that the towers will be able to transmit through objects you can't normally transmit through seems rather... odd).  I guess we'll have to wait until the technology is actually unveiled to see.
