No, it happens overnight. I close my computer, wake up in morning, start up computer, start up Firefox - boom, history gone.

Despite the settings claiming they keep all history. The funnier thing is that bookmarks, file cache, logins, cookies and add-ons are all intact - its just the browsing history that goes boom.

'Check your setting for Options > Privacy > "[X] Clear history when Firefox closes" > Settings. If "Browsing History" is checked on the Setting panel, then un-check it.'

Actual WTF: Just Cause 3 seems to want to perform an online login almost every single time I open the menu / commlink. For fifteen seconds.
Every time. No matter how many times it does so (or fails to do so, and asks me if I want to use offline mode. Which I always do.)

I had to dig for the setting but it was un-checked all the time, so that's not it.
