Sort of, but specific to Native American cultures.

Although it's closer to being androgynous/agendered than transgendered, I think.

My wife apparently bought a magic sceptre. It's powers include absorbing energy from the sun and then releasing it in a cascade of of light, and it comes with a slide out stabbing stake.

I assume it's for fighting vampires while looking like a queen?
