My wikipedia lookup skills combined with my dabbling biology skills seems to indicate that Lupus itself isn't particularly more specific than that anyway. Maybe "My immune system is trying to kill me" but I'm pretty sure you can say the same thing for the main symptoms stage of the flu too.
