I am not asking for action movies to be extremely Christmas themed

Simply speaking a Christmas movie is either about Christmas or has heavy Christmas themes. Yeah a list wouldn't have too many action movies on it, but where is the problem with that? I am looking for the best Christmas movies not the best Action movies that have a guy in a Santa Costume.

FAKEEDIT: I mean in the movie, all the parents are gathered around as their child sits on santa's lap. How did none of them complain to the manager?

I live in Australia, so the closest we have to a 'mall' is a shopping center.

EDIT: WTF: I hate American language conventions, like when they say 'jelly' when it is 'jam' but I always use American spelling, such as meter, center, stuff like that.

J... just to be sure, you do know that jelly and jam are two different things, right? And that the former is significantly more common in many places in the US?

Jelly does tend to be the catchall instead of jam, which is basically treated as a subdivision of jelly-like-things, but people are actually capable of differentiating between them in the states, most of the time. There's just not terribly regular need, since jam's often a bit less used.

For Australia, jam is what you put on toast. Jelly is wibble wobble stuff that you put in boiling water and then in the freezer.
