It kinda tickles me that there are so many people who would sooner look for some kind of conspiracy than just accept that their childhood memory is mistaken.

At least I can actually change the brightness. I leave it on the lowest level because that's all I really need, or want.

it turns out that it's a rainbow once the computer boots, so i suppose the color of the keyboard is configurable

Well the same person can't do both, and Reddit encourages echochambers to the point where I doubt regulars of the same subreddit would have a differing view on the core topic they're there for.

WTF: I had an out-of-body experience this morning. I woke up and my left arm was numb (Because I slept on it. Urgh) I could feel the springs under the mattress using my left hand, which felt like it was moving (phantom limb syndrome but with numb instead of missing limb) through the mattress. It was terrifying.

All the people who came for the latter were driven out by the former. I almost subscribed before I realized the entire subscriber base was, uh, that. It's actually one of the best cases of Reddit's echochamber stuff happening, since the subreddit definitely started as the former.
