Played war thunder a few days ago and driving a russian T-34-57.
I saw a bomber coming in so i shot it with my main gun.
Hit.
Bomber still in the air with no signs of damage.
I fire again.
Hit.
Bomber cares as much as a honey badger.
*blam*
Third shell landing into its fuselage.
No cares given.
AND FINALLY the 4'th shell rips its wing off.

And a similar story today but with a tiger 2.
I fired at a bomber with its 88 mm gun... and yeah no cares given what so ever.
Hit it twice without any real effect... and i was using APHE ammo as well (not APCR needles).

Honestly, they both work well for different purposes. The reddit-style system is better for a broader discussion tree, with larger numbers of replies to a specific comment, while the forum system is better for a deeper discussion tree.

Man I played comic book hero and at first it seemed like it might be really really interesting!

I mean characters can have space travel, dimensional travel, and even time travel powers along with a multitude of passive abilities.

Unfortunately it turned out to basically be the equivalent of a Facebook game...

It is one of the few games I turned on easy just to it would progress quicker (difficulty only affects the bonuses and penalties for winning and losing fights)

Somehow I think games that have great ideas but execute them badly might be some of the worst ones... because all they do is make you pine for someone to actually pull it off.

Speaking of Google ()  I hope we can all agree that the Youtube comment system is baaad.  You can't see what post a post is replying to, at all.  You can barely tell *who* a reply is aimed at...  It uses their screenname at the time of reply, which is often wrong.

The dumbest part is that the +whoever is a hyperlink...  But it doesn't bring you to the post being replied to, but the previous poster's profile.  Which means that you can technically find the original target of a reply, at least, but by default it browses you away from the comment system.  When by all rights it should jump to the post you care about.  It's just, so bad.

I complain about this every few months because it still makes me go WTF.  Particularly with all the changes they do make.
(Google knows which post is being replied to, too, since they notify the user "X replied to your post on video Y, here's the thread".  They just doesn't offer that information to any fool who dares try to understand a youtube comment thread)

Grr, had to spend most of my day walking. First to do laundry, then I had to go home to drop my clothes off, then off on my bike to do grocery shopping. I'd have ridden my bike, except that the gears are messed up and I can't get it faster than 5MPH, not much faster than I can walk. I had to buy 2 weeks worth of stuff, and the bags start falling apart.

All because I have only one day off due to a major sale tomorrow my job neglected to inform me about until a few days prior, and they won't give me a straight answer on the schedule for the next few weeks, plus the posted schedule is full of errors and cannot be trusted.
