Still having that issue with games crashing going into fullscreen. Appears to be some weird crap with nVidia's drivers. Reinstalling the drivers makes it work, but I have to do this every time I start my computer.

And if I remember correctly, I went through this bullshit the last time I bought a new nVidia card. I can't remember what I did to fix it.
