Newbie, whom I am am training, got all emotional (mixture between mildly pissed and sad) when I corrected him again. Little did he know I wasn't DONE correctin' him....

So he goes off on his little rant about how it isn't necessary etc and on his way out the door I just calmly call out.

"HEy [inflection intentional], the court clerk is dumb enough to take the papers without the affidavit, but Judge [name] isn't. If I was really an asshole, I'd have let you go without it instead of making one up for you cause you forgot. You can have me reminding you about it, or you can have the client, the other attorney and the judge do it."

Really man? Really? I'm helping you out....

i looked up this local head shop/hippie store

and on their web site, where the hours are, there's a lecture on saturday and sunday about how saturday is actually the sabbath

no joke

not sure if i want to work here anymore

edit: oh god they also ban "divination" products because of the torah, these guys are pretty hardcore hippie jews

I love it when people try to make a big deal out of stuff like that. I just look at them and say, "Does it really matter? God won't send us to Hell just for worshiping on the wrong day, right?" It's never convinced anyone, but it sure is fun watching their reactions.
