That's been happening to me a lot lately but it's not really a mystery

Considering I don't pay attention to either site for more than using something to read, this honestly just sounds like a whole lot of internet complaining about admins that you brought up because it was unexpected.

If you'd read a few posts farther back, you'd have known that I brought it up because someone affiliated with the TVT staff and their agenda has repeatedly attacked servers hosting ATT, with the side effect of permanently taking down a charity host which supported a number of other free wikis in addition to ATT. That, and because I still see people over here plugging TVT. It was annoying when TVT was just sort of obnoxious, but now it's supporting people willing to resort to illegal attacks and outright censorship to get their way.

I mean, I haven't used TVT for years, and I don't visit ATT either, but I happened across the original article about the issue with the switch in TVT license to deny users the right to content they produced, and that sort of shit combined with this is pretty much perfectly designed to piss me off for much the same reason that those in opposition to net neutrality do.

My netbook keeps locking up while torrenting. It never did this before at low-speed public hotspots, but connecting it to my home network causes it to completely freeze, requiring a hard shutdown. Either that, or it keeps stopping saying the file is already in use by the Write-to-Disk process.
