Just learned that moths and butterflies have scales for protection. Really really small scales that look like dust. Also, touching their wings does not mean insta-death for them; just that they are proportionally more likely to get hurt with the more scales rubbed off by human fingers. I can't believe I'm 24 fucking years old and didn't know this about butterflies and moths!

Also, some butterflies are carnivorous!!! DUN DUN DUN!!!

N and N+ were amazing. I still play it to kill time occasionally. I seem to recall that there was a levelbuilding mode, too, so you could make absurdly difficult gauntlet runs and such.

Eh, I didn't like N+ as much. It was easier, for one thing; did a no-death run of the entire game, while I still haven't beaten N. The physics didn't seem as good either.

N+, however, is good practice if you want to understand the mechanics of N and not fail so much trying to figure it out. Was able to get to episode 4 in the original N reliably without dying too much.

Yeah the lever builder was awesome, and 4 player multiplayer is pretty fun too.

@NobodyPro: I like your def string, I am feeling like [No_Sleep] myself right now. Trying to knock myself out with a bottle of wine and it's NOT WORKING! I've been up for approx 25 hours now, usually a bottle will knock me out at 12-15 hours.

Yeah; the more I think about it, the more I realize having a roommate would be a good thing. This quarter I don't have classes until noon, which gives me an excuse to stay up really late; that turns into staying up much longer than I should doing nothing of great value. My sleep schedule is completely screwed. And of late I've been going through around 40 oz of Mountain Dew a day; though it certainly does keep me alert, as I am able to somewhat consistently beat Touhou 6 on lunatic mode.
