Go to a doctor so you can at least figure out what you have.  You don't have to follow your doctor's recommendations on treatment right away if you think you can find a better treatment.

Did you actually see a doctor? If so (and it was a small amount), you may be starting to form a hemorrhoid. That sucks, but it's not going to kill you. Which is a good thing.
