I feel like quite a lot of the weirdness is actually achieved through the makeup (IE making the face a completely difference colour to the body and shiny).  She doesn't actually look that weird in the cowboy hat photo (although that's probably partially because her face is slightly shaded and at an angle that hides her odd jaw shape).

Well I guess there's also the bizarre body shape...

I mentioned in this thread a while back that I had a tiny muscle spasm on my face that lasted for over a week before it finally sort of faded away.  It still comes back occasionally, but not like it was.  It's been back super strong most of today.  My left eyelid feels like it's trying to fold over on top of itself.  Why?

Egypt’s National Council for Women (NCW) has appealed to the Islamist-dominated parliament not to approve two controversial laws on the minimum age of marriage and allowing a husband to have sex with his dead wife within six hours of her death according to a report in an Egyptian newspaper.

EDIT: Might be a bad rumor at this point. The NCW doesn't seem to mention it as an issue on their site and no actual legislation has been traced.
