Aww, isn't that cute.

Funny, a friend of mine bought one of the Nazi german guard jackets in England from a military surplus or some such, they were looking through old factories and found a fuckton of old Nazi shit untouched, so of course, they sold it all. :P

My friend then went and visited Auschwitz with the (East/West/Whatever the bad side was -German border/prison guard I think?) jacket on. I'm not sure whether to laugh, or to beat him over the head.

Seems Japan loves to do this to the Cthulhu Mythos (must be the tentacles...). Not only did they do it with the Necronomicon and a few other Mythos books in Demonbane, there's now also the (NSFW) Moe Moe Cthulhu Encyclopedia, where pretty much every major Mythos entity or race is represented as a Cute Monster Girl. Seriously, there's Hastur, a Shantak, and a Gug among the example pics. You just can't make up that kind of thing.
