The council of funding nations is generally satisfied with your progress so far.

Playing X-COM and I get this. In all my time with the game I've never had 0 change in budget. It's always "omg you're so awesome here have some money" or "wtf you let a small scout violate our airspace, -200,000$". In a mildly less wtf manner, I haven't seen a single sectoid in all of January.

Discharge of Debt Income is 64 and 108d of the IRC (Internal Revenue Code). There are rare, horrid instances where you actually can get student loan debt forgiven, but you never want to be eligible. Really. This would've been time to hire an accountant. [sigh].

My disabled mother went through this hell, she had a masters in special education and was assaulted and had her neck broken by a student at a "school for behavior disordered boys". In reality it is where Mississippi sends men that are ruled to be intellectually or emotionally incapable of standing trial or serving prison time.

 And she even had a lawyer to "help" her. He told her to fill out the paperwork, and he sent it in without review. It didn't go over well, and is among the many contributing factors in her current financial troubles. What little SSI income she gets is being garnished by the IRS.
