The front desk had a very interesting lost and found item today. Some found a cup with three fish in it in the hallway.

Got a look at myself in the mirror, I've got a bunch of cuts just to the left of my nose with a little bit of blood coming out, there's a red sore-looking thing on my chin with more of the yellow pus coming out of it, and similar spots in my eyebrows and along my hairline.
I look like hell right now.

Sounds like a nasty fungal infection, no some sort of side-effect of an antidepressant.

So yeah. That whole "DOCTOR NOW" thing?

E: Or a staph infection. Again. DOCTOR. NOW. Staph isn't a joke. You could have picked it up at work with a small cut, the bugger's everywhere. And I mean everywhere. It's a common resident bacteria of humans.

Apparently, my sister thinks it's quite appropriate to sit in the room of the house that has the most windows in it, at 3:50 in the afternoon, using her iPod, with the lights on.

That thing has a backlight. It's sunny and the room would be well-lit even without the lights. Why the hell does she need that lamp on?

I'm not sure what happened, but somehow a table saw turned into a rail gun, firing an ABS strip right into my fingers. In the hospital now, hurts like all fucking hell, and there might be multiple fractures, but thank god I at least have them all.

You'd still probably have all of them anyway. Heck, my dad, back when he worked construction, nailed two fingers together through the bone with a nailgun and kept both. Then he made a mistake on a table saw and all of a sudden had half of a finger hanging from a few threads of skin. He kept the finger but basically lost the top joint where they had to fuse the bone together.

Medicine is cool. And I so don't mean to belittle what must absolutely be an excruciating experience for you because jesus that sounds painful. Just letting you know you'll probably retain mostly full functionality of the busted fingers.
