The skin on the right side of my face is perpetually flaky and weird and falls off all the time like dandruff. Why can't I just have acne like a normal teenager?

I've had this before. It's related to extremely dry skin. Which means that you probably won't get acne, but you might suffer eczema. The answer: loads and loads of moisturiser. Find one that works for you and buy it by the tub. Use a moisturising body gel in the shower. Put moisturiser on immediately after you shower, before you go to bed and once you wake up. I have skin dry enough that my family must be descended from snakes and I have a skin care collection larger than anyone I know.

That's just one half of it. If that was the case, they would all be perfect clones of each other, with no evolutionary change except mutations.

And the way they actually MATE, i.e. the sexual reproduction part is... pretty fucking weird. And in one group, it involves somatic (just regular, non-reproductive cells) having two nuclei.
