Its a pretty awesome post apocalyptic rougelike called Caves of Qud (we have a thread in the other games section).
The only problem with it is that its still in development, so there is only a limited amount (till you get to about level 20) of unique things and quests, after which your character doesn't have much to do, and has gotten all the best equipment.

You forgot to mention that Caves of Qud has the best acronym of all roguelikes, and is both hard and meaty despite being young.
