Wait, what? There's so much WTF in this statement, let's do a breakdown:

1. Why is Gamersgate relevant to the interests of those bigots over in /pol/? Oh, wait, no "s", so it's that journalism-gender issues-whatever pile of shit. Okay. Incidentally, The Escapist did a great article on gamergate.

2. I was going to wonder why 4chan was censoring discussion of Gamersgate, but as above, it suddenly makes much more sense.

3. And hey, more people feeding this whirlpool of rancid shit.

/pol/ is more than bigots. Yes, there are literal Nazis, but a large portion of the userbase is actually libertarian. Regardless of their politics, the mass censorship has set off a lot of red flags among people, national socialists and bigots included.
