WTF du jour: I just discovered I spent like four fucking hours at least playing the first Sims. Shit's like heroin, or possibly any other depressant. After the first month in-game, I fell into some sort of meditative state, contemplating how my life must look from the outside.

The Sims 2 is fun as well.

Taking care of little people is always so fun and just feels nice when everything goes right :3

Not even a normal cave with Wifi from the Starbucks down the trail and shit, but a cave on some alternate Earth that's completely uninhabited by intelligent beings (except for the arboreal squids, but they don't really like our music).

Decided to look into the requirements to get food stamps, just in case things don't work out for me employment wise. There's this line on the website:

Spanish and Somali applications are only available in PDF format


I live in Ohio. I can see Spanish, that makes sense. But of all the other languages to be on there (There's only English, Spanish, and Somali), Somali would probably be dead last.

This must be why they don't ring any bells for me. I grew up around that time, but we didn't have cable in my house, so the only time I got to watch Toonami was when I was at my cousin's house. I still remember the one episode of Outlaw Star I actually saw on tv, though I can't recall if I looked up the series because I remembered the show or remembered seeing the show when I watched the series.

Also, looking it up, apparently one of the Gorillaz members worked on the Tank Girl comic.

And a WTF completely unrelated to any of the rest: earlier, I was unable to right-click on Bay 12 forums, though I could do so outside of the page display window and on other tabs. Closing and reopening the tab it was on fixed the problem, though.

That happens to me pretty often. It may just be a chrome issue.

It happens to me, too, and only on Chrome. It is definitely a Chrome issue.

You can fix it by duplicating the tab. Refreshing it won't work, unfortunately.
