I've realized something today. I seem to be literally the only person in my graduate program right now. No wonder all the advice I'm getting sounds off - everyone just assumed I was getting an MA in Political Science. Also, being surrounded by people getting MAs is weird when you're getting an MS. Everyone has all these lofty and interesting research goals and I'm all "Yeah I'm mostly here to learn how to do stuff".

I decided to spend some money I shouldn't and go play cards today. I did pretty well, and won some packs. The WTF comes in the fact that one of the packs I won contained a Phyrexian Revoker. This is my fifth to date. Every time I get packs from this set, I get one or more of them.
