I thought I saw a trainer hitting his female squire in a videogame with his male ones for comedy.

And then I found out that woman was a guy, typical androgynous hero, and I was like "ohhh NOW it makes sense"

But I was like  for quite a while there.

Ever notice that sometimes you find games that are OF a genre like Turn based strategy.

And while indeed they are those things... they just don't scratch the right itch? Been playing a game because it was a Turn Based Strategy game, got on a list of best TBS games, but it is just a quasi-dating sim typical RPG... Sure it is somewhat inventive.

But it just doesn't hit my need for turn based strategy.

Pokémon is probably another example of this. It just doesn't scratch my monster raising itch at all (mostly because I feel disconnected from the pokemon) in spite of being a monster raising game. Too bad there are so few good monster raising games out there.

I just got bored enough to calculate that the approximate likelihood of a vacuum metastability event occurring close enough to destroy our planet within the next 85 years is 1 over 1.1655e+62. Unless I made the mistake I think I may have made when calculating the volume of a sphere with r = 85 light years, which bumps the probability up by about 40 orders of magnitude. And assuming that this event has the same likelihood of occurring at any given point in the known universe.

So today I learned that red is the most common flag color (present on 75% of all national flags in the world), followed by white, at 70%.
Therefore, the Polish flag is the representation of popularity.
