Out of the drivers I know, everyone's at their most stupid when my step-mother drives, it seems.

Just the other day some idiot ran a stop sign, turning left without even looking for other cars. They almost hit someone, and probably didn't even notice.

Today for lunch I was making myself a small bowl of spaghetti.  I get out some parmesan and a can of tomato sauce.  Then I go to the sink and hold the can of tomato sauce under running water.  Frustrated that nothing was happening I then reached for one of the nearby dish towels and start wiping the top of the can down.

...yeah.  I also later put a carton of chocolate milk in the pantry.  Today just isn't my day.

Not being experienced in kitchen disasters, what exactly went wrong? I can think of about five things which could have happened but I can't tell very well. Was the bottom of the can open, so the sauce all spilled out? Was the water hot and you burned yourself? Was the towel ruined by contact with the sauce? Did you cut yourself on a sharp can edge?
