So the manager does know about the big hole and water leak I'm hoping?  It seems like it would be pretty important to stop the constant water flow since that's costing somebody money. (hopefully the owner and not some poor unfortunate tenant that's wondering why their water isn't working)

The folks who did the pictures for my graduation sent an email and a snailmail telling me how to claim my pictures.  They are overpriced (of course) and both are in the exact same format like the snailmail was just a printoff of the email.  But the snailmail seemed to have an odd diffrence.

The letter had my address but someone else's name on it.  And the pictures were of a larger black woman instead of me. 

You would think that a big photography company like that would not get their addresses mixed up with the names.  Especially since the school had our names typed on the front of the cards we wrote our addresses on.

It was still worth a laugh to me and my family, since we don't look even remotely alike.  I bet this other family is getting the same laugh when some skinny white nerdy kid is in their pictures instead of her.

Graduation clothes.

I've seen them in pictures and videos, of course, but you can't appreciate how extremely bizarre these weird medieval ceremonial things are until you have to try them on yourself.

The robe looks like something a wizard would wear, and I suspect that about 40% of high school graduates will go on to use their robes to convince their young children that they are a wizard.

The hat is weirder. It's like a yarmulke with a Scrabble board glued on top. "Oy vey! Quixotic, 500 points!"

I think I decided I would just skip out on any future graduations, they seem to be universally tedious and unpleasant affairs, and as far as I know they're usually not mandatory to get a degree.

I've been feeling something missing in my entertainment lately, and was unable to identify it. After all, I have a massive game library to choose from, Netflix for streaming, and an entire room full of books. It just hit me what's missing. The little high you get when you find a neat book in the thrift shop, find a movie on cable that you've been wanting to see, or unearth a long-forgotten gem from the dark ages of gaming. In other words, everything's too easy to get right now, and that is a very strange thing to be unhappy about.
