that is a tame font. if it were available in ttf format i'd use it when photoshopping things. i'd even go the extra mile and attempt to typeset manga scantlations with it.

I think this is probably massively inappropriate for a world where the Nazis lost? Actually it'd probably be inappropriate in one where they won too. I have no idea about the rest of the thing since only the first page was posted but still.
It's like the title of the thing is a punchline. I just don't even know anymore. I would say "oh Japan" but I'm not sure that's the case, because while the artist is Japanese, the people listed as copyright holders at the bottom are American.
